There are two ways to cancel the subscription to the Service:

1: You can cancel the subscription at any time by texting XXXXX to XXXXX. You will cancel your subscription immediately.

2: Via Helpdesk: Customers can contact us by email at za@workout-on.com if this method does not work. Don't forget to include your mobile phone number in the email.

As you browse the Internet, you may come across WorkoutOn's promotions and decide to give it a try. You have to press the button and confirm your interest twice! You will then receive a welcome message with the portal URL and you can get started!

If you have subscribed to WorkoutOn, you will be charged R 9.99/Day.

All promotional materials will clearly state that this is a subscription service. In addition, after placing the order, the customer receives a free information message informing about the price of the service, order frequency and information about order cancellation.

We do not send messages to a mobile phone number unless the number is subscribed to one of our services. You may not remember the service you are using. Be careful when lending your cell phone to other people. The subscription will not be activated until you activate it.
